Just Breathe Health and Wellness is dedicated to her son Cody who has Cystic Fibrosis. She finds her inspiration from his strength and courage in the fight against this fatal disease. 10% of all profits from Just Breathe are contributed to children with CF. Follow his journey on his face book page: Codys New Lungs
Cody's mission is to encourage chronically ill patients to willingly participate in their medical care, exercise, choose a positive path forward and discover a life they may never have dreamed possible. Our goal is to spread awareness about this debilitating disease and aid in fund-raising for the cause. This disease receives minimal government funding and pharmaceutical interest and relies on the generosity of people like you to continue their life extending research efforts. For more information about Cystic Fibrosis, please visit www.cff.org.
NOTE: The Salt room is always FREE to CF kiddo's and their parents because I know first hand the challenges of raising a special CF child! ;)

Hello!

Kimberly Oen, Naturopathic Doctor
Kim’s Journey: From Corporate Executive to Wellness Advocate - Inspiring Health, Balance, and Healing in Her Community
Kim’s professional and personal journey is a testament to the power of transformation, resilience, and passion. Once a thriving corporate executive, Kim faced the overwhelming effects of stress—both physically and mentally—which led her to seek solace and balance through yoga and dancing. This pivotal moment sparked a profound change, motivating her to leave the corporate world behind and dedicate herself to helping others live their healthiest and fullest lives.
Finding Balance Through Yoga and Wellness
Yoga and dancing became Kim’s lifeline, restoring harmony in her life and nurturing her well-being. In 2014, she established her mat at the Just Breathe Studio in Minster, where she spent a decade providing yoga and wellness services to the local community. Her commitment to holistic health extended beyond group classes; she also offered workshops, teacher training sessions, private yoga lessons, and health coaching.
Expanding Her Expertise
Kim’s dedication to deepening her knowledge is evident in her academic and professional pursuits. She holds a Doctorate in Naturopathy and is actively working toward her Yoga Therapist certification. Her wide-ranging services include facilitating workshops, leading teacher trainings, and conducting individual coaching sessions. Additionally, Kim is a passionate supporter and advocate for mothers, offering Birth Doula and HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator services to empower women during one of life’s most transformative experiences.
A New Chapter: Relocation and Innovation
In December 2024, Kim relocated her wellness studio to 101 N. Front Street in Saint Mary’s. This move marked a new chapter in her journey, where she continues to see clients by appointment in a nurturing and supportive environment. Demonstrating her commitment to innovative wellness, Kim has also introduced a Salt Therapy room to her studio, providing clients with additional holistic healing modalities.
Academic Achievements and Professional Credentials
Kim’s career is supported by a robust academic background and an array of professional certifications. She holds degrees in Accounting and Psychology, as well as Naturopathy, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her educational achievements also include a Master’s Degree in Human Services Counseling. As a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors, Kim integrates spiritual guidance into her practice. She is also trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, further expanding her toolkit for supporting clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
Trauma-Informed Yoga and Community Support
Kim’s compassion and expertise are especially evident in her work with trauma survivors. As a Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher through the YogaFit® for Warriors program, she holds sacred space for those healing from PTSD and other trauma-related challenges. Her services are tailored for anyone suffering from chronic stress, anxiety, or trauma-related physical and emotional conditions. Kim’s approach is grounded in empathy and evidence-based practices, making her a trusted resource for those seeking healing and resilience.
From corporate boardrooms to serene yoga studios, Kim’s journey exemplifies a lifelong commitment to personal growth and community well-being. Her diverse credentials, holistic approach, and unwavering passion inspire others to embrace health, balance, and transformation. Whether guiding a yoga class, supporting mothers, or helping trauma survivors find peace, Kim’s impact is felt deeply throughout her community and beyond.

Cody Kiehl

My son and inspiration for Just Breathe - Fighting a disease which slowly deteriorates your lungs and takes your breath away forces you to make a choice - either give up or fight! Faced with his mortality and declining lung function at the young age of 14, Cody took recreational exercise to focused training. Now 28, he goes to therapy twice a week to fight to keep his body strong. He enjoys challenging himself in his moms Yoga sessions. The breath for Cody is so precious he wants others to value that which is taken for granted. Cody feels Cystic Fibrosis was a gift he was given to help others value the their bodies; which are fearfully and wonderfully made!
Cody's mantra - Psalm 23:4 - Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
Baxter Oen

Baxter Oen ~ 1/20/2012 - 2/24/2021. Rest in Peace our sweet boy. Baxter is a Certified Therapy Dog through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. He is a 9 year old AKC Registered Golden Retriever. His favorite things are: balls, head out the car window, walks, balls and visiting people!
Therapy dogs play a different helping role than service dogs. They aren’t trained to live with a specific handler. Rather, these are dogs that — with their human teammate (his mom Kimberly) — volunteer in clinical settings, such as hospitals, mental health institutions, hospices, schools, and nursing homes, where they provide comfort, affection, and even love in the course of their work. Therapy dogs are trained to be comfortable in new environments and to interact with different people. They should have a calm temperament, be unfazed by unfamiliar noises and movements, be comfortable being handled, and love people. <3
