It's a tradition! We HAVE to do it! ;) Join me to welcome in 2025 with a practice that builds slowly to warm the body and and creates heat and energy through our breath and movement! 108 different variations of sun salutations will challenge you but make you feel amazing to start your New Year.! We end with a well-earned savasana (final relaxation)! Join me to welcome in the New Year! Bring your mat and water! NOTE: this class will be held at my new studio in 2025 at 109 N. Front Street, Saint Marys!
