Service Description
A stretch session includes a palming pressure to warm up the muscles, increase tissue temperature and increase blood flow to fatigued muscles. Then through a combination of passive and facilitated stretching (a special technique called Proprioceptive Neuromuscular facilitation) and joint movement, you can enjoy a full body stretch or a focus on 360 degrees hip and low back series. Your session can be on the floor or massage table. Benefits: • Relieve muscle soreness and promotes a better supply of blood and oxygen to the muscles, especially post workout. • Helps maintain and increase complete range of motion around joints. • Assists in decreasing unnecessary neuromuscular tension, promotes general body relaxation, and reduces emotional stress. • Relieves muscle-joint stiffness associated with the aging process. Note: If this is your first time visiting the studio please complete the Waiver/Liability form in the drop down list under the Wellness offerings tab. This will save time at your visit!
